Financial Options
Our treatments are highly individualized as well as our financial arrangements with our patients. For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options. Our financial coordinator will help find options that are well-suited for your individual needs.
Insurance Information
Your dental plan is a form of compensation provided by your employer. You can expect the carrier (insurance company) to reimburse you for a portion of our fee. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the reimbursement. If you have dental insurance and would like us to file your claim, be sure to include all the necessary information. Any information we receive prior to your appointment is strictly an estimate and can change based on the available maximum dollar amount allowed at the time of your treatment.
Our insurance coordinators deal with many different insurance companies who offer many different dental and medical plans. These companies can change benefits, co-pays and deductibles many times throughout the year. We do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us. Many insurance companies will not give out fees until after the treatment is completed. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is current.
